Bob Gaffney – I started investing in real estate in 2002 on a part-time basis. After leaving the legal field in 2013, I became a full-time investor in the Cleveland area. I now focus mainly on rental fix and flips in the eastern suburbs – Euclid, Eastlake, Maple Heights, Warrensville Heights, Garfield Heights … I also do 2-4 retail flips per year in middle class neighborhoods – $100-250 ARV. I have been steadily growing my business and I am looking to expand on the number of rental and retail flips that I am currently doing on a yearly basis.
